charge and is there a minimum lot charge? |

15% plus vat commission,
with a minimum lot charge of £3.50 plus vat applicable to lots selling
for less than £23.50 or not sold against a reserve. |

If there are electrical
items what is the charge for testing them? |

£1.00 plus vat per item.
If they require a new compliant plug this cost a further

regulations, can you dispose of them and at what cost? |

No problem! No matter how
bad or yucky we can deal with it! Approximate cost of tipping equates to
£2.00 per cubic foot. i.e. a settee will cost around £20.00, mattresses
around £10.00 other bits we can compress. At the worst to tip a full
semi-detached house costs around £100.00 in tip fees. BUT we will look
at the job and tell you first what the charges will be. |

contractors who can deal with pest infestments and etc's too bad to
